When people look at photos of a vacation rental, they’re not just checking outside space and bed count,
they’re imagining themselves there.
My simple staging service helps create that vision by adding small lifestyle touches that make your rental feel welcoming, cozy, and “book-me-now” ready.

I bring along items like faux plants, wine, games, dishes, or décor accents to help tell the story of your space. (I won’t use everything in my kit—just what makes sense for your rental.)
Sometimes I’ll also use things you already have available for guests, like coffee mugs, kitchenware, or cozy blankets. Together, it all helps potential guests picture themselves enjoying the space.

Add small décor details to highlight your rental’s best features
Use a mix of my props and your on-site items
Create welcoming, lifestyle-inspired setups (like a breakfast nook, game night corner, or a glass of wine on the patio)
Keep things simple, natural, and inviting

Move furniture
Make beds or bring linens/towels/pillows
Fully restyle or redecorate your home
Use every prop I bring (I’ll only choose what works for your space)

Lifestyle/Detail Images $95+
These images add a little personality to your home. Details, highlighting creative spaces, amenities… This option provides you with 10-15 more images focused on the details or created moments in your home. These images will help enhance your listing and are also great to utilize on social media. These are a mix of horizontal and vertical images.
Simple Staging $110+
I utilize items you have in your home that are available for guests to use but I also bring plants, wine, a table setting for 2, faux fruit, and more. I stylize these items in the best areas of your home to create a welcoming feel. I encourage you to leave any fresh flowers, pastries or other things for me to use to help make these images.

Stylizing the mood
My “go-to” style is bright, welcoming, and warm. Most of the galleries on my website will reflect that.
But sometimes I get asked to do a more moody style. Some don’t want their rental pictures to look like the others on the market or bright just doesn’t fit the vibe of the home. So I’ve created an option for you.
Less contrast, darker shadows and less saturation…
