Pricing is dependent on the square footage and number of bedrooms, offices, game rooms, and the like. Vacation home photography pricing starts at $255.

Virtual Twilight $45
Traditional twilight images start at $275. Virtual twilight images are a great option that still provides a beautiful evening enhanced image. These images are taken during the day and enhanced to show lights in the evening with a sunset sky.
Aerial Images $200+
Includes up to 4 images of listing and proximity to surrounding areas. Includes placement “pins” to local areas if visible with in the image.
Floor Plans $125+
Detailed sketch of house layout delivered as an image file. Two sketches are included. One with dimensions and one without. Price is dependent on square footage.
Plot plans for the county can be added for $65
Lifestyle/Detail Images $85+
These images add a little personality to your home. Details, highlighting creative spaces, amenities… This option provides you with 10-15 more images focused on the details or created moments in your home. These images will help enhance your listing and are also great to utilize on social media. These are a mix of horizontal and vertical images.
Simple Staging $95+
I utilize items you have in your home that are available for guests to use but I also bring plants, wine, a table setting for 2, faux fruit, and more. I stylize these items in the best areas of your home to create a welcoming feel. I encourage you to leave any fresh flowers, pastries or other things for me to use to help make these images.

Stylizing the mood
My “go-to” style is bright, welcoming, and warm. Most of the galleries on my website will reflect that.
But sometimes I get asked to do a more moody style. Some don’t want their rental pictures to look like the others on the market or bright just doesn’t fit the vibe of the home. So I’ve created an option for you.
Less contrast, darker shadows and less saturation…
